SHIKOBA is a Choctaw word that means “feather”. In many Native spiritualities, the eagle is a protective warrior spirit and overseer of the earth. We take our job as stewards of the planet very seriously and do our best to make recycling easy, affordable, and something you can feel really good about doing. It is about improving and then maintaining a higher quality of life that includes parks for our children, clean water to drink and clean air to breathe. To take those ideas one step further, we believe finding balance in life is extremely vital. Everything in life must move in a circle or else we become unbalanced. We help restore balance back in the work place by helping companies improve their company image, feel great about doing business, thus lifting employee morale and making a real difference where the environment is concerned.
